F.A.S.T.E.R.R. Scale Worksheet
Adapted from The Genesis Process by Michael Dye, the F.A.S.T.E.R.R. Scale is designed to help you begin to identify your emotions and create greater awareness so that you can better understand triggers, trust your gut and take evasive action and avoid negative patterns. This form can be filled out prior to your coaching session so that we may go over your information and I can answer any questions you may have.
