What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between client and coach that maximizes a person’s potential by collaborating to explore opportunities and identity resources to create an exciting future based on the client’s personal awareness, choice, and action.

Coaching honors the client as the expert in their life and assumes the client is a whole, creative, resourceful person who has all the answers inside of themselves. Its the coach’s job to partner with the client through powerful listening and questions in order to help the client draw out those answers and arrive at the truth through their own realizations and “ah-ha!” moments.

Fundamentally, coaching is about moving your goals, plans, and dreams forward and ultimately bridges the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
